Biggleswade Town boss Chris Nunn knows what to expect when Banbury United come to Langford Road on Saturday.

The Waders entertain Mike Ford’s side on the back of a much-needed three BetVictor Southern League points in midweek.

Nunn’s side have back-to-back home Premier Central games and he will be looking to take advantage of that.

But Nunn said: “Mike Ford is a very experienced manager and we all know how his teams play. I’m sure if he had more financial support he would get Banbury into the play-offs, we’re in a position where we have to go with what we’ve got.

“Banbury will be well organised, disciplined, and well-drilled, we’ve had some good games with them in recent seasons and they’ve always been tight affairs. We’ve got to make sure we do as much preparation as we can ahead of the game.”

Jonny Edwards missed Tuesday’s victory over Lowestoft Town and could be out for several games, while Ollie Swain, Lewis Ferrell and Corey Panter were also injured. Swain is the only one of that quartet who is likely to be fit to face Banbury.
