Brackley Town will travel to Tranmere Rovers in the second round of the FA Cup

Kevin Wilkin's team's reward for the penalty shootout win over Bishop's Stortford on Saturday is a trip to Prenton Park.

The second round draw was made in the build-up to the Monday night first round game between Oxford City and Northampton Town, which is being screened live on BT Sport.

Former Lincoln City boss Danny Cowley did the honours, and pulled out a tough draw for the Saints.

Tranmere were relegated from league one in the summer, and have enjoyed a mixed start to the league two campaign.

They are joint managed by Ian Dawes and Andy Parkinson and booked their place in the second round with a 2-1 win over league one Accrington at the weekend.

Brackley, who have reached the second round proper for only the second time in the club's history, will be hoping they can pull off a shock and reach the third round.
