Police respond to reports of children climbing electricity tower in Banbury area village
and live on Freeview channel 276
Police received a call from a motorist shortly before 3pm yesterday (Thursday, July 16), who was concerned after seeing three young boys climbing an electricity pylon, just off Waters Lane in Middleton Cheney.
Officers attended and spoke to three boys.
Although, the boys stated they had not climbed the pylon, officers advised them of the dangers.

Hide AdA spokesperson for National Grid said: “Trespassing on electricity pylons is wholly irresponsible.
"Individuals put themselves, our engineers and the emergency services in a huge amount of danger, as well as risking the energy supplies to thousands of households.”
