Police appeal after M40 motorcyclist is seriously injured near Banbury

A Thames Valley spokesman said: “We are appealing for witnesses following a serious injury collision on the M40 northbound near Banbury.
“At around 5pm on Sunday evening, October 22, a collision occurred between a red and black Yamaha motorcycle and a red mini in lane three of the M40 not far from the slip road for junction 11.

Hide Ad“The rider of the motorcycle, a man in his thirties, suffered serious injuries. He was taken to hospital in Coventry, where he remains.
“We are asking anyone with dash-cam footage to please get in touch if it shows anything that would be useful for our investigation. Or if you are a witness we would also ask you to get in touch.”
