The Climate Change Countdown event will be held via Zoom at 7pm.

This follows TED's Climate Change Countdown Global Launch, a five hour virtual event from Bergen, Norway, on Saturday October 10.

The TED Climate Change Countdown initiative seeks to answer five fundamental, interconnected questions that help inform a blueprint for a cleaner future, bringing together scientists, activists, entrepreneurs, urban planners, farmers, CEOs, investors, artists, government officials, and others to find the most effective, evidence-based ideas out there.

TEDxBanbury is hosting a free virtual Climate Change Countdown event tomorrow, Thursday October 15.

Their goal is to identify the bold solutions for these five areas: energy, transport, materials, food and nature.

TEDxBanbury's Free Virtual Event will bring an eclectic blend of specially commissioned TED Talks from the official launch, with Banbury focused discussion.
