Brackley singer-songwriter launches fundraising appeal to help bring second album to life
A talented Brackley singer-songwriter has appealed for public support to help fund her second album.
Jenna Hone, who performs under the name Jennah, has performed at local events and travelled around the world as a guest singer on cruise ships.
The popular Brackley-based singer has now set herself the goal of raising £15,000 to fund her latest project, the recording and production of her second album.
As an independent artist without the financial backing of a record label, Jennah estimates the album, which she hopes to release before her 40th birthday in September 2027, will cost between £10,000 and £15,000 to produce.

Jennah has launched a fundraising appeal, with donations already covering around 10 per cent of her target.
“Not having a record label with funding behind me is tough, but I’m so passionate about this new album, I’m going to find a way,” she said.
Jennah hopes her new material will connect with listeners through its exploration of real-life experiences and difficult emotions.
Having spoken openly about her past experiences of addiction and mental health struggles, she wants her music to offer comfort to people who may have faced similar challenges.
She said: “This second album is about reclaiming my story, finding my voice and turning a difficult past into something meaningful.”
Without the support of a record label, she is relying on donations from fans, friends, family and the wider community to help make the project possible.
She is encouraging people to contribute whatever they can afford and share the appeal with others to help it reach a wider audience.
