Photography enthusiasts and art lovers are invited to discover the creativity and talent of local photographers when Banbury Camera Club holds its Annual Exhibition this November.

The exhibition will feature a fascinating variety of subjects, including stunning landscapes, wildlife and captivating images that bring the world to life. Visitors will also be able to explore the delights of Italy, captured through the distinctive perspectives of two talented club photographers.

With photographs beautifully printed and displayed on gallery walls, the exhibition offers an experience quite different from viewing images on a phone or computer screen. Visitors can take their time to appreciate the detail, composition and imagination behind each photograph, discover new favourites and see the world through the eyes of the photographers.

Founded in 1946, Banbury Camera Club has spent eight decades encouraging people to explore and develop their photographic skills. The club welcomes photographers of all abilities and provides opportunities to learn, share ideas and improve through practical sessions, talks, demonstrations and competitions.

Since 2002, Banbury Camera Club has enjoyed a close and valued relationship with Chenderit School, following the school’s kind invitation to hold its meetings there. The school’s continued support and generous provision of its excellent facilities have played an important part in the life of the club, including the use of The Heseltine Gallery, which provides a wonderful setting for the club’s annual photography exhibition.
