Bodor Laser showcased two new premium tube laser cutting machines at EuroBLECH 2026, marking their European debut at the world's leading sheet metal working trade fair. The event took place from October 20 to 23 in Hannover, where Bodor Laser occupied more than 1,400 sq m of exhibition space across booths A181 and A182 in Hall 13. The two new machines were designed to boost productivity in tube processing through different approaches.

The four-chuck series featured a fully floating chuck configuration with unrestricted rotation. Compared with conventional three-chuck machines, its dual-process mode improved efficiency when processing heavy tubes. The system automatically adjusted chuck operation based on tube and part length, while intelligent stepless retraction enabled short tubes to be loaded without re-homing, helping to speed up loading times.

Meanwhile, the new double-chuck series combined cutting, drilling and tapping functions on a single platform, with an optional 14-position tool magazine. This reduced the need for workpiece transfers, repeated set-ups and delays between processes. Laser scanning, visual recognition and intelligent sensors monitored tube contours, weld seams and processing conditions in real time, allowing the cutting centre to adjust dynamically for greater stability and accuracy.

Alongside the new tube processing systems, Bodor Laser also displayed its wider metal fabrication portfolio. The stand featured three sheet laser cutting machines: the P6 60kW, P3+ Automation 12kW and i3 6kW. The P Series delivered speeds of up to 200m per minute and acceleration of up to 4G. An integrated automation system combined sheet handling with raw material and finished-part storage to support continuous production.

Bending and welding solutions were also on show, including a 3kW robotic laser welder and the Pro 1.5kW handheld laser welder, demonstrating a complete workflow from cutting through to finishing. German-speaking technical specialists were on hand throughout the exhibition to demonstrate the equipment and discuss potential applications with visitors. Bodor said its stand was among the five largest at the show and the biggest of any Chinese exhibitor.
