Banbury area primary school gets £500 worth of football equipment as part of Monster Kickabout scheme

A Banbury area primary school has received £500 worth of football equipment as part of the national Monster Kickabout scheme.

Monster Kickabout have teamed up with Sports Direct and Nike to create the Nation's Biggest Kickabout.

Wroxton CE Primary School are fortunate to be one of the first 500 schools to sign up and have received a whooping £500 worth of equipment, sponsored by Sports Direct.

Head Teacher, April Guiness, said: "From Monday 28th June we will be showing off our skills and playing football throughout the week. Children will also be designing a football kit and a mascot amongst many other football related things during the week.

"This is an amazing prize for the school and that their value this term just happens to be 'Thankfulness' and our whole school community are truly thankful for this."
