Exclusive in-store offers to come with opening of The Range in Banbury this week
With just a few days to go until the launch this Friday, final preparations are taking shape for the opening of The Range Banbury.
The store opens its doors to the public at 9am this Friday, April 30 on the site of the old Matalan store in Cherwell Street in the town centre.
There are exclusive offers running in-store from Friday until May 16.
Staff members have been working round the clock to get everything ready to welcome local customers to their brand-new store when it opens at the end of the week.
The new store sits over 32,000 sq ft and will employ 80 members of staff in part-time and full-time roles and the company hopes it will make a positive impact on both the local community and economy.
A spokesperson said: "The new Banbury branch will provide great value products in departments such as home décor and furniture, arts and crafts and textiles alongside everyday essentials from Pet-care and DIY to health products and cleaning supplies."
In line with Government guidelines, the new store in Banbury will open with safety measures in place to protect both staff and customers, including sanitising stations at the entrance, social distancing markers and card payment preferred.
The store's opening hours will be 9am to 8pm Monday to Saturday and 10.30am to 4.30pm on Sunday.
The Range has more than 180 stores across Britain and Ireland.
