Her new show, called Consequences, is a heartfelt performance that includes personal revelation, political observation and general reflection. Her appearances follow a month-long run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this year.

Lucy has performed consistently popular solo shows for 15 years, and has been a regular on TV and radio. Since the 1990s, Lucy has been caught up in the world of showbiz, rubbing shoulders with stars from the UK and Hollywood celebrity circuits.

But in Consequences, she ignores all that and shares her insights into life as a suburban mother of two, stalwart of the local pub quiz team, married to a man with a passion for home-brewing.

The big issues covered in Lucy’s latest tour include censorship, generational conflict, theological ethics, transphobia, trivia quizzes, Britpop, falconry and Gary Wilmot. She has been described by the Telegraph as “genuinely delightful”.

Lucy’s show comes to The Mill on Saturday, November 19. Call 279002 to book.
