Ford looking for Winters to add extra something
The 31-year-old winger may only be at the club for a month’s loan from Oxford City but Ford is hoping his stay will be extended.
He said: “Tom Winters has got nothing to prove but, if he does very well for us, it will alert bigger paying clubs than us that he’s still around.

“He’s 31 now but that’s no age, he’s fit and can be around for another three or four years. He’s got a great left foot, and the pace and ability to beat players.
“When he became available when I was at Oxford City it was a no-brainer that we tried to get him into the club.”
But while Winters was winging in, club captain Andy Gunn was heading out.

“I’ve got to make sure this club is not resting on its laurels.
“I could have left the decision until the summer but I want to see those young players in the remaining games.”
