Davis looking for Ardley to pick up where they left off
Ardley face two premier division games in four days, starting with Saturday’s rearranged home fixture with Brimscombe & Thrupp. Then Ardley, who are unbeaten in ten games in all competitions, travel to Flackwell Heath on Tuesday.
Davis said: “If we can finish in the top five that will be a very good season, if we can finish in the top three that will be a great season for us.

“But this is still my first full season as a manager and I’m still learning the game. At Abingdon Town, Banbury United and here I came in after each club started the season with a different manager.
“We’ve got four tough games coming up and if we can come through those with a few points that will put us in a strong position.”
Four Banburyshire teams will be hoping to make progress in the Oxon Senior Cup this weekend.
