Awards celebrate the best in business in Banbury

The best in business in Cherwell has been celebrated with a special awards ceremony.

Business leaders, companies and charities were honoured at the ninth annual Cherwell Business Awards.

More than 400 people from the district and from overseas tuned in to watch the awards live streamed on YouTube.

The awards recognise and reward the hard work, success and entrepreneurship of those operating across the region.

The ceremony was hosted by Lisa Simmons of BBC Radio Oxford and the headline sponsor was Cherwell District Council.

The winners are:

Spratt Endicott Established Business Award: Juice Global.

High Spec Composites Small Business Award: The Evergreen Agency.

Oxford Innovation Innovation Award: DJS Antibodies.

Oxford Technology Park New Business Award: Produce Warriors.

Bicester Village Retail Award: Imagex.

Nicholsons Charity and Community Award: Bicester Baby Bank.

Bicester Vision, Bicester Chamber, Wednesday Business Club Micro Business Award: Sky Wave Gin.

A2 Dominion Sustainable Business Award: Nothing But Footprints.

Ellacotts Business Person of the Year Award: Jolyon Bennett of Juice Global.

Overall Cherwell Winner Award 2020: The Sunshine Centre in Banbury.
