Award-winning poet, playwright and comedian Jackie Hagan is bringing her new solo show to The Mill as part of Banbury Literary Live.
The one-day event on September 15 is celebrating its sixth year by moving from its home at North Oxfordshire Academy to the heart of town, opening up new possibilities for its programme.
Rhys Hopkin from The Mill said: “We’re delighted to be hosting Banbury Literary Live this year, and hope that the new town centre location will help entice more people to take part and enjoy the day.
“As part of that, I’m thrilled that we’ve been able to get Jackie Hagan to perform as part of the festival.
“I’m sure it’ll be a fitting end to what promises to be fantastic day.”
The new show is called This is Not a Safe Space and is stopping off at The Mill as part of a national tour.
Her performance is at 7.30pm on Saturday, September 15 and is for ages 14+.
Tickets are £15, available from www.themillartscentre.co.uk or 01295 279002.
