Love is in the air at a stately home with plenty of flirty fun

People visiting a historic home in the area can indulge their romantic side with a series of events taking place over the half term.

The Flirty February Half Term event runs from Sunday, February 14, to Sunday, February 21, at Canons Ashby House.

Muse over romantic poetry with your loved one in the tea room, and then discover the do’s and don’ts of courtship throughout history on a children’s trail devised by the stately home.

There will also be a poetic scroll, which comes free with every lunch meal from the Stables Tearoom, before discovering fascinating flirty facts from history on a trail through the garden.

The event runs from 10.30am to 3.30pm throughout the week.

There are no additional charges for the event, however normal admission charges apply.
