Banburyshire trainers have hit form leading up to the Cheltenham Festival.

Edgcote trainer Ben Case enjoyed a double at Leicester on Friday with Bebinn and Thoresby obliging.

Bebinn won the Garthorpe Handicap Chase, ridden by Daryl Jacob, who then partnered Thoresby to land the Leicester & Derbyshire Yeomanry Handicap Chase for the Wardington Gate Farm handler,

Fellow Edgcote trainer Alex Hales had an across-the-card double on Sunday.

Ultimatum Du Roy won the 32Red Handicap Chase at Market Rasen, ridden by Noel Fehily. A few minutes later, Take Two won the Whites Of Coventry Novices Hurdle at Warwick, partnered by James Banks, for the Trafford Bridge handler.

Hales kept the run going on Monday when Gilzean won the Aspen Insurance handicap Hurdle at Plumpton in the hands of Fehily and Midnight Chorister obliged in the Air Ambulance Volunteering Novices Handicap Chase at Stratford where he was ridden by Kielan Woods.

And Chipping Norton trainer Charlie Longsdon also had a couple of winners.

Loose Chips won Friday’s Grand Military Gold Cup at Sandown, ridden by Sally Randell. Two days later, Wilberdragon landed the 32Redsport.com Novices Hurdle at Market Rasen, partnered by Noel Fehily.
