Fairlamb played a key part in their Southern League Division One promotion via the play-offs that season, making 43 appearances for Diamonds.

In the summer of 2018 Fairlamb moved to St James Park where to date he has made over 80 appearances for Kevin Wilkin’s side.

Fairlamb was in the United squad for Saturday’s trip to Kings Langley but will now have to wait until next weekend to make his debut after today’s game was postponed.
