Banbury United boss Mike Ford says he wants Darius Browne to give him a selection poser after the young winger played a major part in helping his side to chalk up a fifth win on the spin.
Browne came off the bench to inspire the Puritans to a 2-0 victory over Wimborne Town in Saturday’s Evo-Stik Southern League clash at Spencer Stadium.

Browne scored the opener and made the second goal for captain Andy Gunn as United consolidated their place in the Division One South & West play-off picture.
But they were made to work hard for all three points by the improving Dorset outfit with both goals coming late on in the contest much to the relief of the United faithful.
Ford said: “I’m so pleased for Darius, he was a game changer for us.
“He’s desperate to do well for us and he was disappointed not to get on the score sheet at Burnham. But he did exactly what I know he can do for us on Saturday, now he needs to do it on a regular basis and make me pick him.
“But George Nash and Duran Martin also put in a lot of hard work in midfield.”
