Eat your heart out: anatomically correct chocolate released for Valentine's day
A UK food artist has launched a heart stopping chocolate selection for Valentine’s Day including a life like human heart and set of fingers.
Not for the faint-hearted, the human heart and set of fingers may look like something from a horror film, but in actual fact are handmade by classically trained artist Sarah Hardy at The Edible Museum.

Sarah Hardy's extraordinary talent has inspired crowd-funders to help her hit her target and take her business from the kitchen table to a specialised studio which has the perfectly maintained temperature to sculpt the chocolate.
Said Hardy, "We successfully raised £10,630 of the £10,000 target with 116 supporters in 35 days! Thank you so much to all our funders. We have built a studio for The Edible Museum's sweet alchemy and supporters can come along to the website and see what we are up to."
Sarah hand-makes and paints all her chocolates from her rural Essex studio, to the dulcet tones of birdsong - who said romance was dead?
