The incident happened at about 11pm on Friday, January 29 and police are keen to talk to the man in the CCTV image as he may have information to help with the investigation.

Investigating Officer, PC Barry Duplock of the Response Team based at Banbury police station, said “If you are the man in the CCTV images, or recognise him, please can police as soon as possible as we believe he might have vital information they can help our investigation.

“If you have any information regarding the incident please contact me through the non emergency 101 enquiry centre.”
