Viv Melia ran 100 miles during August, raising over £300 for Katharine House Hospice.
Taking on three miles each day, she even found time to run along the famous Copacabana Beach in Rio during her visit to the Olympic Games.
Viv, who took on the challenge in memory of a friend who died at Katharine House Hospice last year, said: “It would have been her birthday in August, so I felt the challenge was quite fitting to do this month.
“She was always so supportive of my running endeavours so I know she would have been really pleased.
“I’m so pleased I managed to get a few miles in whilst I was in Rio too!”
