Making helmets and shields was all part of a fun day for pupils in Adderbury.

Staff and pupils at Christopher Rawlins Primary School took part in a Viking Day held in the classrooms on Thursday, January 7.

There was a chance to make costumes, as well as swords and axes, during the special history lesson.

Drawings were also created to form an information display.
