Unexploded device found in field near Brackley
Police and bomb disposal experts have been called to farmland near Brackley after an unexploded device was found.
The device, believed to be historic and likely to date from the Second World War, was found in a field being excavated near Evenley.
Northamptonshire Police say experts from the Explosive Ordnance Disposal team are on the scene and are examining the item.
There are no nearby properties and there has been no evacuations.
