A charity football match between two Banbury businesses has raised £800 for Katharine House Hospice.
Karcher faced off against their Beaumont Road neighbours Norbar Torque Tools in a game at Banbury United’s Spencer Stadium on November 27 in blustery and wet conditions.

Luke Hassan of Karcher helped to organise the event, and said: “The game finished 7-0 to Norbar Tools but the real winner on the night of course was the hospice. Kärcher UK hope to raise yet more money for in our own annual charity Kärcher Cup football match which will take place again next summer.
“The £800 total was a fantastic outcome having in mind the dreadful weather we faced.”
