Trees likely to die after being ringed by chainsaw in Banburyshire village

Forty eight trees at a new housing development in Hook Norton have been ringed by a chainsaw.

The incident of criminal damage took place between 6pm on Thursday, March 5 and 1pm on Thursday, March 12 in Station Road.

The trees, which formed part of the new development, will now likely die.
