Severe traffic delays around Banbury due to road closure

There are severe traffic delays around Banbury this morning (Wednesday) due to a crash and road closure.
The road is closed due to debris on road, fuel spillage and crash investigation work on M40 northbound from J10 B430 (Brackley / Cherwell Valley Services) to J11 A422 (Banbury). There are also long delays to J9 (Bicester) - and this is causing delays on the southbound side too.
There are also delays on the A422 westbound between A422 and New Road.
Traffic on other roads in the area is also slow due to the incident.
