Maintenance work begins next week on major A-road in Banburyshire
Roadworks will begin on the A43 this month, which will lead to some diversions, delays as well as overnight and weekend closures.
Maintenance work on the A43 Ardley roundabout and adjoining M40 slip roads will begin on June 8.
The roadworks will involve partial reconstruction of the carriageway and drainage improvements.
Work will take place between 8pm and 6am, Monday to Friday (week night closures) and from 8pm Friday until 6am Monday (full weekend closure during one weekend).
It is hoped it will be completed by July.
Work will then move to the A43 northbound RAF Croughton and Barley Mow roundabout, A43 soutbound at Tusmore, in August
In September to December, work will take place on the A43 soutbound A413 to Whitfield and Abthorpe roundabout.
