While others go along Churchill Road and Walterbush Road to get around the blockage in the shortest way, but parked cars mean the traffic quickly builds up, especially at rush hour, as it the road is reduced to a single lane.

The roadworks began a week ago today (Thursday, March 8) and are expected to take another eight weeks, with the blockage moving further up Burford Road next week.
