Sulgrave Manor is holding its annual harvest fayre on Sunday, September 27.
Traditional Tudor crafts, food and games will be part of the fun event, and the admission price will also give visitors access to the house.
There will be characters in period costume, dancing and live music. Press apples from the ancient orchard and make some juice, try some of the crafts on hand, follow the garden trail or place a bet on the ferret racing.
Julie Wood, the charity’s event co-ordinator said: “Harvest time is a busy period for
our local farmers and our fayre gives everyone a chance to celebrate the important
work they do to produce our food.
“It’s such a fun and happy event with plenty to keep you amused. We have lots of fun activities planned throughout the day to keep the whole family entertained and amused.”
The event takes place from 11am until 4pm and admission charges are adults £6.50, children £4 (5 - 16years), under 5s free. Visit www.sulgravemanor.org.uk or call 01295 760205
