With six goals to his name already, Ndlovu is doing his bit to make up for the departure of last season’s top scorer Aaron Williams to Harrogate Town.
But manager Kevin Wilkin feels there is still more to come from the powerful striker who is leading the Saints’ attack alone this time.
Wilkin also knows it is only a matter of time until talisman Jimmy Armson rediscovers his form in front of goal and said: “Lee Ndlovu is getting in the right areas this season but those six goals could quite easily be 12. His form so far has been terrific, he’s been unplayable at times but we just need to keep working with him on his finishing now.
“His hold-up play has been excellent, especially as we are playing with a lone striker this season. We just need to get him performing for 90 minutes in games and we’ll keep working on that with him.
