A successful Senior Citizens Party was held at Blessed George Napier RC School to provide a full Christmas lunch for its parishioners.
It happened on Wednesday, December 10 and saw the school’s lunch room brightly decorated with a Christmas sweets theme. Carole Cooper, teaching assistant, helped organise the event. She said: “Members of staff provided festive taxi services to bring the guests to the school and they were greeted and served by a group of extremely supportive Year 10, 11 and 12 students. This event would not have been possible without the generous support and help from our pupils and staff who made it a truly wonderful day.” Each guest was also given a hamper of food.
