Katharine House Hospice is gearing up for its sixth Santa Fun Run which will be taking place at 11am on Sunday, December 6, in Spiceball Park.
It’s a fun way to kick off the festive season at the same time as helping raise funds to help the hospice continue the improtant work it does in the local community.
There are options for all ages and all levels of fitness. Participants can run, jog or walk either 4km or 1km.
Pushchairs and well-behaved dogs are welcome too.
Everyone over the age of six gets a Santa suit and there are Santa hats for the younger members of your family.
This year, A-Plan in Market Place, Banbury, are sponsoring the event by covering the cost of the Santa suits and are also acting as a collection point for the suits.
All finishers receive a medal, a mince pie and a drink.
Volunteer marshals are also needed.
