Excited students made their way to the event which would celebrate the end of their GCSEs in style and bid farewell to secondary school, at the glamorous event on Friday, July 1.

Thanks were paid to Mr Simmonds, Mr Coggins and everyone who had a hand in organising the successful and enjoyable evening, including many surprises, such as an instant fun photo booth, The Wonder Kitchen cupcake van, stylishly dressed tables and themed décor.

Parents watched as the students began to arrive for the evening which was attended by more than 120 students, as well as many of the school staff.

The end of year prom is a significant event in the calendar and an opportunity to say farewell to staff and friends, although many students return to enroll for post 16 studies.
