Primark will join other shops already open on the development on Acorn Way including M&S, River Island, Mountain Warehouse, Outfit, EE, Starbucks and McDonalds.
Next and New Look will open early next year.
A spokesperson for Primark said: “We are delighted to open a new store in Banbury. This is an important opening for Primark and we look forward to expanding our footprint and bring the Primark brand to more customers.”
