Police looking for flasher

Thames Valley Police in Bicester is appealing for witnesses after a man exposed himself to a woman in her fifties on the path between The Co-Operative on Bure Park and Purlsane Drive.

At around 10.45am last Thursday, April 7, a man exposed himself to a lady who was on her way back from the Co-Operative store.

The offender is a white man, 5ft 9ins tall, short grey hair, in his sixties. He wore a blue mac, grey trousers, he was carrying a black umbrella.

PC Christopher Cochrane from Bicester police station said: “If you recognise this man or were in the area at the time of the incident and saw something suspicious please get in contact via the Thames Valley Police Enquiry Centre on 101.

“We are also keen to speak to the lady who helped the victim home after the incident. She had black hair and trousers and wore a blue bandana. She was walking a scotty dog.”
