Update: Road closure in Banbury due to ongoing police incident
The road at Hennef Way is now fully open to motorists after a police closure late last night, Monday May 10.
Thames Valley Police Banbury issued an advisory to the public late last night about a road closure due to a police incident.
The A422 Hennef Way was closed from the Ermont Way roundabout to the Concord Avenue roundabout due to the incident.
Police had encouraged motorists to avoid the area.
Multiple police vehicles marked and unmarked along with an ambulance were reported to have responded to the scene.
