A teenager from Chipping Norton has won a place in the wildcard round of the Miss England competition.

And Rheanna Cartier, 17, wants to use her platform to help combat bullying.

The public vote is now open and people can select their finalists at https://www.missengland.info/qualifiers/wildcard/Rheanna said: "I wanted to enter Miss England because I want to represent my country and help young people recover from bullying."
