Motorcyclist seriously injured in two-vehicle collision in Bloxham

The incident took place yesterday, Friday December 4, at about 3.10pm on the A361 South Newington Road at the junction with Cumberford, Bloxham.

A collision occurred which involved a silver Toyota Rav 4 and a Yamaha R1 motorcycle.

The motorcycle rider, a 40-year-old man, suffered serious injuries. He was taken to hospital for treatment where he remains at this time.

No arrests have been made.

Investigating officer, Sergeant Matt Booker, of the Roads Policing Unit, said: “We would like to appeal for anyone who witnessed the collision, or who has any dash-cam footage of the incident to get in touch.
