They say that picking a four-leaf is a sign of good luck, due to the rarity of finding one.

So Orson Ward from Tackley must be a lucky omen. His parents, Matt and Niv Ward, said: "Our nine-month-old son has the most amazing ability to pick four leaf clovers!

"In the past few weeks, he has picked no less than twelve four-leaf clovers, and even two five-leaf clovers.

"We are astounded at his ability and are so proud of him - our friends and family can't believe it!"

Orson picked two of them in the family's garden, and the rest in a local field in Tackley where they go for picnics.

His parents added: "He absolutely loves the outdoors, and is happy to sit for ages exploring the grass around him.

"We were particularly amazed when he found the five-leaf clovers, and hope it's double the good luck!"
