Oxfordshire County Council would like to hear people's views on smoking and 'stop smoking' services in Oxfordshire.
"Whether you are a smoker, have never smoked or an ex-smoker we are interested in your opinions," said a spokesman. "The survey will take around 10 minutes to complete."
The county public health officials say people's responses are important in their efforts to plan how we reduce the number of people who start and continue to smoke in Oxfordshire.
The county council is responsible for helping to improve the health of the population and smoking is the leading cause of preventable death and disease in the UK.

It is a simple box ticking survey with the opportunity to give further comments on sections that include what quitters used to help them abstain from smoking, why smokers want to quit, what age they started smoking and whether parents or care-givers smoke(d).
The survey asks questions about e-cigarettes and illegal tobacco products and it asks whether individuals believe smoking is a problem in Oxfordshire. It also asks which places people think smoking should be banned.
The survey closes on Friday, February 14 and responses will be published in April.
