Hatwell's FunFair has returned to Princess Diana Park in Bretch Hill, Banbury
The fair started last night and continues through the weekend. The fair's operating hours are from 5 to 9.30pm Friday, 1 to 9.30pm Saturday and 1 to 7pm on Sunday June 27.
Organiser Kerry Williams, a member of the Hatwell’s family, said: “My family has been doing fairs in Banbury for over 40 years. We missed last year due to Covid, and we're really glad to be back.
"We're doing a promotion. Anyone with a a NHS badge or ID can ride for free. We thought it'd be a nice thing to do as they've been on the front lines."
The funfair offers a variety rides from bumper cars to the Twister along with game stalls. People can also enjoy some popular fair food from a beef burger to candy floss.
Due to Covid the organisers have added a new cashless system to enjoy the rides replacing it with a token system.
The fun fair's organisers have also put Covid safety measures in place to follow all the Government guidelines.
Kerry added: "We've got a lot of things in place for Covid. We've got hand sanitiser stations throughout the fair, and as we all know outdoor events are the safest right now."
