Debut song for Banbury area song-writer hits top five of UK iTunes charts
Max Tyler, aged 17 and a Bloxham School student, released his song called 'You Only Want Me' earlier this week on Monday July 13, and it has risen to the top five of the iTunes charts this week.
Max wrote the song at school and finished it during the coronavirus lockdown.

Hide AdIt's Max's debut track, which he described as a dance song.
As of yesterday, Thursday July 16, Max's song held the number 3 spot in the UK iTunes charts ahead of the latest songs from famous musicians like Lady Gaga and Harry Styles, who held the numbers six and nine spots respectively.
Max's song has also made it to the iTunes Winners & Losers group yesterday, July 16, being described as the 'Highest new entry' to the charts.

Hide AdMax has dreams of a career in song-writing and music production, inspired by industry professionals such as Fisher, Danny Howard and Carl Cox.
Max will be an upper sixth form student at Bloxham School where he has been part of the Chapel Choir and sung in school productions.
Earlier in the lockdown Max had received a special 'shout out' from popular radio presenter and DJ Chris Moyles.
Growing up listening to club and dance music encouraged him to develop his own DJing skills.

Hide AdDuring lockdown Max has been doing just this, providing break-time raves for Bloxham students to bring a little relief and positivity to the remote learning environment,
Chris Moyles, gave Max a shout out during his Friday evening Instagram Live DJ set, saying 'He’s young but he’s very good. Check him out. Give him a watch if you can people.'
Max hosts a weekly Instagram Live DJ set every Friday evening.
