Banbury Town Council has responded to a request from the town’s Leonard Cheshire Home to light up the clock tower to support the campaign.

Ahead of Thursday, Leonard Cheshire, has launched a campaign to get disabled people connected this Christmas. The #ISeePurple campaign - which is already seeing celebrity participation - asks the public to post a purple-themed image, use the hashtag, donate just £5, and nominate four friends to do the same.
