An Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue firefighter rescued a cat stuck in a tree in a Banbury neighbourhood last night, Thursday May 27.
Banbury Red Watch firefighters responded to a call-out for a cat stuck in a tree.
The rescue took place in Japonica Walk, Banbury.

Firefighters with the Banbury Fire Station posted a message on its Facebook page about the rescue, which said: "This evening Banbury Red watch were tipped out to a cat stuck in a tree.
"Poor Bella had been up the tree for over 24 hours. B
"Bella did not want to go in her 'cat carrier', so she decided to get a piggy back down."
