Banbury-based hypnotist attempts to help people with lockdown anxiety in largest online hypnosis session

Banbury-based hypnotist Chris Hughes has announced an online hypnosis event in an attempt to help people suffering from anxiety during this challenging lockdown.

This extraordinary event called Socialtrance (https://bit.ly/socialtrancelive) is looking to be the biggest online hypnotherapy event of its kind and will take place on Sunday May 10 at 8.30pm BST.

More than a 1,000 people have already signed up to the join Socialtrance.

The Socialtrance hypnotherapy session will contain positive suggestions to help people manage their anxiety and promises to benefit everyone taking part.

Organiser Chris Hughes also assures that this unique event will be a lot of fun.

Anyone 18 or over can take part in the event with the exception of those who are pregnant, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or have been diagnosed with a psychotic illness. Epileptics are advised to seek advice from their doctor before taking part in the hypnosis webcast.
