The Banbury Animal Rescue and Kindness Service (BARKS) has launched a 'Winter Warmer Fundraising Appeal' to help fund the heating of the outside pens for the rescue animals over the winter months.

A spokesperson for BARKS said: "To do this we rely on donations from our supporters, even more so this year with the lack of fundraising activities. Any donation however small will be greatly appreciated."
