Thames Valley Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was hit by a HGV on the Southam road.
The accident, involving a Volvo HGV and a male pedestrian in his 30s, happened this morning (Tuesday 22) at about 12.15am on the A423 by the village of Mollington.
The pedestrian has since died from his injuries and his family have been informed.
Investigating officer, Sgt Sharon Scarffe of the Serious Collision Unit, said: “This was a tragic incident in which a man has sadly died.
“We are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen the pedestrian or vehicle in the lead up to the collision or the collision itself.
“If you have any information, please get in touch with me via the 24-hour non-emergency Thames Valley Police Enquiry Centre on 101 quoting reference 12 of 22 November.”
