Norbar's year of fundraising in Banbury helps hospice cause
Employees at a leading Banbury firm have donated more than £8,500 to Katharine House Hospice after a year of fundraising.
Norbar Torque Tools held various events throughout 2015 including a charity football match against Karcher UK in November.
Staff from the business on Beaumont Road handed over a cheque last Tuesday and Philip Brodey, sales and marketing director, said: “The hospice has touched the lives of so many of our employees, either they have had a friend or relative who haveused the facilities.
“There is a great affection for the charity as a result and high motivation to develop schemes to raise money. A great example was the football match against Karcher.”
