New tenants have been announced for Banbury Cross Retail Park.
Supermarket chain Iceland has agreed a ten-year lease for a shop in its new Food Warehouse format, which will occupy a 9,992sqft site.
Countrywide Farmers, which sells items for the rural community, will be renting a space measuring almost 8,000 sqft in a 10-year lease.
Home Bargains has agreed a new 15-year lease for a, 11,700 sqft unit.
Footwear retailer Brantano, which occupies Unit 10, has renewed its lease for a further 10 years.
Dominic Rodbourne, director at Savills, which has been an adviser, said: “This is an established and popular shopping destination which attracts significant footfall and we are very pleased to have secured these new retailers, which will complement the existing tenant mix well. Brantano has also demonstrated its commitment to the park, further underlining its continued trading success.”
Other firms at Banbury Cross Retail Park include DFS, Argos, Next, Boots and Costa.
Acting as advisers for the three firms were Mason Partners, Ian Hall Associates and Bennett.
